Here is a basic outline I follow to market properties. Not every tool is right for every property. My energy is focused on marketing that has proven effective.

1. Market and property analysis- to establish best approach, timing and price

My hours...

Weekdays 7:30 am to 5PM. Two evenings during the week which vary with the sports schedules of my children, Saturday on occasion, Sundays Never. 534-5667 is the best number at which to reach me.
